Article 1. Definitions

The terms used in these conditions are defined in English language as follows:

  • Products: the items covered by these general Terms;
  • Client: each person who is purchasing.

Client acknowledges that, by placing the order, agrees to pay for and accept delivery of the Product ordered unless asks The Company to cancel that order.

Client may only purchase Products from The Company if:

  • He or she is legally capable of entering into a binding contract with us ;
  • He or she is an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to pay for your order ;
  • He or she is resident in a Country where delivery is possible.

Article 2. Price, payment

2.1. Prices set by The Company are tax-inclusive. Prices do not include additional costs (for example: costs of shipment). Additional costs will be agreed with the Client.
2.2. Payment can be made online.

2.3. The Company may change prices on the site at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that already placed and accepted. However, if the rate of VAT changes after the date of the order, The Company will adjust the rate of VAT unless the Client has already paid for the Products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.

Article 3. Delivery  

3.1. The order will be delivered at the address given by the Client.

3.2. After Client submits the Order, The Company shall immediately contact the bank or card issuer for authorization to take payment. The Company will not process the order until payment has been received in full. If the Order is accepted, The Company will confirm this to the Client by sending a further e-mail, confirming the Product is being processed ready for dispatch.

3.3. The Company shall execute accepted orders within at least 30 days, unless a longer delivery period was agreed.

Article 4. Conformity

The Company guarantees that all products comply with the terms. The products comply with the specifications listed in the offer, and with all reasonable requirements of usability. The Client shall follow washing regulations and instructions at all times. The Company cannot guarantee the reliability of the product if instructions and regulations are not properly respected.

Article 5. Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order (or part of order) by giving reasonable notice to the Client. In this case, The Company shall return any amounts paid as soon as possible, but within not more than 30 days after the cancellation. The Client may cancel the order at any time before the order is dispatched.

Article 6. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing products, the Client has the option to cancel the agreement without specifying any reasons for a period of fourteen days, starting on the day the product is received. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is possible for products:

  • that were used, damaged or incomplete ;
  • that can not be exchanged for hygienic reasons ;
  • that cannot be returned due to their nature.

During this period, the Client shall handle the product and the packaging with care. The Client shall only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to judge whether he wishes to keep the product.

The Client who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal shall return the product with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging to the Company.

Article 7. Force Majeure

The Company is not required to comply with any obligation if prevented from doing so as a result of a circumstance of Force Majeure, that is beyond their control and for which they cannot be held accountable by virtue of the law. The Company can suspend his contractual obligations during the period of Force Majeure.

Article 8. Liability

The Company is not liable to the Client for any incidental, indirect or consequential damage/s arising out of or in connection with the agreement. This clause is subject to exception in cases of intentional act or omission on par with gross negligence on the part of The Company.

Article 9. Complaints

On discovery of any defect or problem in or with the products and/or the fulfillment of the agreement, the Client must immediately notify The Company in writing of such defect or problem. Complaints can be submitted using the form on the website. In case The Company may:

  • replace the product  ;
  • repay a proportion of the paid fee or the fee already paid without continuing to execute the agreement.The product shall be sent back to The Company.

Complaints do not suspend the payment obligation.

Article 10. Applicable law and disputes

In the absence of mandatory rules of law, all disputes between The Company and the Client that may arise, and for which a solution cannot be reached by mutual agreement, shall be submitted exclusively to the court in the place of business of The Company. The parties shall not refer a matter to court until they have done their utmost to resolve the dispute in mutual consultation.

Article 11. Rights to cancel the contract 

The Company shall end the Contract at any time by writing to Client if:

  • He or she does not make any payment to us when it is due;
  • He or she does not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide with information that is necessary to provide the Products; or
  • He or she does not, within a reasonable time, allow The Company to deliver the Products.

Article 12. Intellectual Property rights                                                             

All and any Intellectual Property Rights in the Products shall be owned by The Company and its licensors. All such rights are reserved.

The Company may use information held about the Client to deliver obligations arising from any contracts and provide with the information, products and services that Clients request; set up, manage and contact Clients about their account and orders; update and manage customer and marketing databases; ensure that content from the Website is presented in the most effective manner for Clients; provide Clients with information about other products and services the Company offers that are similar to those that the Client has already purchased or enquired about; provide Clients, or permit selected third parties to provide with information about other products or services; personalise emails sent, including using Clients’ name to address emails to Clients using gender; allow Clients to participate in interactive features of our service.

Uses of Analytics and Targeting Advertising Tools

The Company may use Google Analytics features. Regarding Google Display Network Impression Reporting and the DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, the Company and third party vendors, including Google, may use cookies set by the Google Analytics features to analyse and report on ads used on the Website including but not limited to the impressions created by the ads and how these interact with other ad features and other features and services.

Disclosure of Information

The Company may disclose personal information where Clients have consented to do so. The Company may pass information on to the relevant third parties; to business partners, suppliers, sub-contractors and other third parties as necessary for the performance of any contract or service Clients have requested (for example, engaging third parties to deliver packages, to host Website and process card payments, and payment information will be provided to financial institutions (including banks and card schemes) in order to process transactions); to business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors as necessary for the performance of any contract we enter with them (for example, engaging third parties to send emails and postal mail, to provide data cleansing services and to provide marketing and advertising services); to analytics and search engine providers that assist the improvement and optimisation of the Website; in the event that Company sell or buy business or assets, in which case we may disclose personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets; to protect Clients and Website from fraud and theft. The Company may pass on personal information required to make identity checks and personal information that we obtain from making identity checks (including information relating to age, name and location), together with account information to organisations including law enforcement agencies, involved in fraud prevention and detection and credit risk reduction. Please note that these third parties may retain a record of the information that we provide to them for this purpose; if we are under a duty to disclose or share personal information in order to comply with any legal obligation; or in order to enforce or apply the Terms and Conditions.

Opting Out Right

Clients have the right to ask not to process personal information for marketing purposes. The Company will usually inform any Client (before collecting data) if intends to disclose information to any third party for such purposes. Clear instructions on how to opt out of each area will be specified. Alternatively, Client can let us know in writing at the Website form (Contact).

Privacy Policy Change

The Company reserves the right to change this policy at any time. In case of change, the Company will post the change on this website, and where appropriate notify the Client.
